V Cutter hits Hollywood...

It is great to eventually start updating the site and give some low down on what has been happening!!

From our original ...offering to the Xanita Board Gods we have now got something that we have been using every day for a month with no machanical failures and 1 or 2 design issues that were easly remedied.

I will attempt to update you on a weekly basis and I am also putting together a website that will have all the various things we have put together using the current machine.

We are bulding an office and you may be interested to see the final product so you can go to the following adress:

I also have a clip about how the machine runs and how you can get a double fold in your X Board at the following link:

All this for around R50 000 (GBP 3250 or $5600 or Euro4075)

We trust you will find this interesting.

Should you want to get a price on one of these, please advise us of your local power supply ie 110 Volts, 220, 230v etc and we can advise accordingly. The machine is supplied with out the extractor. The shipping is the same cost as going to your local woodwork machine supplier and picking up a Dual Pipe machine and therefore it is 50% more cost effective for you to get it locally.
Good Luck!

V Cutter- not just cheap but efficient as well...

As promissed, the launch of the V Cutter has taken place this afternoon.

All features were demonstrated with the capabilities of the machine pushed beyond our expectations. Straight after the demonstration, delegates requested us to try variants of what we had shown. The machine was succesfully used to manufacture a Point of Purchase display for the wine industry that can also be addapted for the FMCG market. Bulk heads were cut primarily for the dry wall industry and the customising of kitchens as well as a wonderfull opportunity for advertising on strategic places in malls and shops around the world.

A specification sheet as well as a capabilities profile for pottential clients to look at, will be posted before the end of the week but all in all a very succesful launch gauging on the applause when the spectators realised what had just been done!

Xanita Board has new V cut friend

Xanita has fantastic board out called X Board.

Although we were excited, we couldn't afford a computerized machine to convert and hence our developement of the v cutter.

ENTER: the XBC003 (x board converter)

At QPS we come across some wild products. One of these is X Board from Xanita. A composite paper based material almost totally recycled material with a printing finish to make ad agencies weep. But with all things there have been reservation with this product as to the set up of a machine to cut the material as required for the 90 degree bends etc.
Enter the XCB003 or X Board Converter
With a working width of 2350 using the pressure gaurd on this machine and unlimited without vertical pressure gaurd.
We are confident that based on the excellent feed back from board manufacture and consumers of X board alike, this is going to open massive doors to the medium enterprize wishing to get into this market.
The current entry level machines are definately the way to go even for folks purchasing the computerized cutting machines as the V cut machine will free up so much cutting capacity at about 4% of the purchasing cost of the Zund and Kongsberg machines.

As this product has not been officially launched and we have already sold one machine with 2 more on order (due to only 3 people having seen it). We ask that you send information enquiries to vcut123@gmail.com
